What data do we request from you?
As soon as you inform us that you want to become a customer of Natec, we ask you to provide us with some data. This data will be recorded in our database. The data we request from you is the following:

- Delivery address
- Invoices address
- Telephone number

- VAT number
- Chamber of Commerce number
- Details of contact persons
- First and lastname
- Business email address
- Business telephone number
Why and how does Natec process your data?
All data we request from you is intended for Natec only and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. We set great store by a real partnership between ourselves and you as our customer, and this therefore has high priority. We will use the data we request from you for the following purposes:
- To contact you, both by email and by telephone
- To send offers, order confirmations, invoices and payment reminders
- To send information about training courses, events, price changes and promotions
You can sign up for our various newsletters. These are general newsletters in which, among other things, price updates, training courses, industry-related topics and promotions are discussed.
