Would you like to return a product because you ordered too many or the wrong products, or because you received an incorrect or damaged product?

  1. Check out the Return terms
  2. Go to your Customer Portal
  3. Find the order for which you want to request a return and follow the steps (you can find your current orders at the bottom of your dashboard or via “My orders”)
  4. You can click the return icon to the right of the order up to 14 days after receipt of the product
